Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is simple: your documents belong to you. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data.

On-Device Operation

SignMyPad operates entirely on your iPhone or iPad. When you open a PDF, fill out a form, or add a signature, all processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload your documents to any third-party servers.

No Accounts

We don't require you to create an account. Because we don't have accounts, we don't ask for your name, email, or phone number.

iCloud Sync

If you purchase SignMyPad Pro and enable iCloud Sync, your signatures and documents will be synchronized securely via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. We (Violet Rome LLC) do not have access to this data. It is encrypted and managed entirely by your Apple ID.

Analytics and Telemetry

We rely exclusively on Apple's standard App Store analytics (which you can opt out of via iOS Settings). We do not embed any third-party tracking or telemetry SDKs into SignMyPad.
