I purchased Pro, but the features aren't showing up.
Go to the Settings tab in SignMyPad and tap "Restore Purchases." This will securely verify your purchase history with Apple and unlock your features immediately.
Can I sync my signatures to my Mac?
Currently, SignMyPad is optimized specifically for iOS and iPadOS. If you have SignMyPad Pro, your signatures and saved documents will sync across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud.
Is a subscription required?
No. The core app is completely free. If you want advanced features like red-ink signatures or business fields, they are available as a one-time purchase. We do not use subscriptions.
